Generally, as we age, we are susceptible to health issues and possibly require multiple treatment, – which leads us to consuming a variety of medicine every day. On the contrary, studies have found that the more medicine people take, the more likely they are to be taking a medication they may not need. So to be candid – taking pills for every ill is undoubtedly not an easy task to do, particularly challenging for older adults as well as the young ones.
Caregivers, on the other hand, would like to offer some help but are unsure how and what to do. It is, therefore, crucial to take a participating role in understanding what is being prescribed to better manage the care of our loved ones. This workshop will assist you in better comprehension about medicines and how to manage its use, especially at home.
